Standard Portrait Session
The standard sitting package is $250, and it includes my travel to your home or another location in metro-Boston for a photo shoot with your child, children, or family. The shoot usually takes about 90-minutes (sometimes longer, depending on the cooperation level of the subjects!), and my goal is to capture candid, professional images that reveal something special about your child. I'm a huge fan of outdoor shoots -- but your house (especially if it has good natural light) can also work perfectly, since little ones are often at their most comfortable and expressive when they're at home. After our session, you'll receive access to an online gallery of proofs to review. Individual photos, combination photo packages, high-resolution CDs, photobooks, and other creative options are all available for purchase once you've had a chance to review the results of our session and choose your favorite shots.
Family Gatherings
Parents, get out from behind the camera and enjoy the day! I'll come to your child's birthday party or other family event and capture unique, candid photos of the festivities. Party packages start at $150 and include a CD of images with the option to order prints or other items. Final cost will vary depending on location and time involved.
Events
Please call or email if you're interested in talking about photo coverage for a gathering - whether it's for your family, school, or company. I'll show you some of the event work I've done in the past, and I'd be happy to collaborate with you to develop a photography plan that works for your group.
More
I also take pictures of non-people: places, animals, flowers . . . and, most recently, food (especially farmers' market produce!) I have a wide selection of prints and cards available, and can help with any non-people photos that you might need.

I've spent much of the last 20 years photographing anything and everything around me. As the daughter of an avid and very serious hobby photographer, I caught the photography bug at an early age and never looked back.
I had the first of my three daughters in 2001. Becoming a parent changed how I view the world - and the advent of digital photography changed how I capture what I see. I had to be a bit more flexible and spontaneous, and I became intensely aware of how fleeting some of our favorite moments really are. Thanks to my girls, seemingly ordinary sights became extraordinary, and I found myself looking around with renewed creativity and enthusiasm. My work, which had previously focused largely on natural and architectural images (which I still love) took a dramatic shift toward all things child-related - including images of my girls, their cousins, their friends, their classmates . . . and so, a business was eventually born!
I feel very fortunate to be able to devote a portion of my professional life to doing something that I love so much. I hope that joy comes through when you view my images.
